Email [email protected]. A real person reads every message, usually within a day or two. Tell us what you were doing and, if you can, add a screenshot.

Saving places

• From a link: paste it in your list's chat. Pepper finds the place and saves it. Links from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Maps, Yelp, OpenTable, Tripadvisor, articles and web pages all work.
• From another app on iPhone: tap Share, then Pick the Spots. Not in the row of apps? Swipe to the end, tap More, and add it.
• Pepper saved the wrong place? Tap Not right on its card and say what's wrong in your own words.

Using the app

• Flames are how much you want to go, from 1 to 5. Pick for us chooses from the spots with the most flames from everyone on the list.
• The tour is in Settings → Help → How it works.
• Inviting someone: open the list's chat and tap the invite button at the top, or use the list's settings.
• Notifications are in Settings → Notifications, including quiet hours and near-a-spot alerts.

Safety and privacy

• Report a message: press and hold it, then choose Report. Profiles and public lists have Report too.
• Block someone: from their message or profile. Manage who you've blocked in Settings → Privacy → Blocked people.
• Public profiles and lists are off until you pick an @name or make a list public.
• Read the privacy policy and the terms.

Your account

• Delete your account: Settings → Delete account, in the app or on the website. The privacy policy says exactly what is deleted.
• Pro: manage or cancel it from the Pro screen in Settings, which opens billing on our website.
